Most orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Orders received after 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Saturday may not be processed the same day. Orders received on Sundays generally ship Monday.
An automatic e mail notification of your order is sent to you after placing your order, unless you are paying via paypal. In the latter case, Paypal will send you a notification.
Mistakes happen, it's human nature, no one is perfect. Please check your order in case there were any errors on our part and your address when you receive your automated email notification. If your address is incorrect and for some reason your order is returned to us, the mailing charges to reship will be your responsibility.
Currently we ship via USPS ( United States Postal Service, we Love our branch with some of the Best postal workers in the country! ) and UPS ( That brown truck with the gold lettering that always brings lots of Fun stuff to your door! ), and we can ship Fedex upon request for an extra charge.

at Dragonfly blue, we're often asked if we ship internationally. The answer is
YES, to nearly all countries. ( We do not ship to the following: Turkey, Nigeria,
Uganda, or Romania. ) Shipping is a bit more expensive than shipping here in the
states. We ship Airmail because of the time factor. Airmail is a week to two weeks
for delivery time.Surface mail while cheaper can take literally up to two months.
I don't know about you, but for me that's a Long time to wait! Below are a few
basic charts of shipping costs to countries we ship to frequently.

Figuring out how much your order weighs is sort of easy. Perfume oils generally weigh from 1.5 ozs to 3 ozs. Once packed is where the complicated part enters. For example a single half ounce of perfume oil packed can weigh three or four ounces depending on the packaging. Perfume oil sampler sets begin at 1.5 ounces and work upwards to 4 ounces. The box and packing material can add anywhere from a half ounce to three ounces. For smaller packages the general rule of thumb is an ounce. If your order is only soaps and/or incense it is possible to use the Global Priority envelopes which have base rates of 5.25 ( for the small size ) and 9.50 for the larger. In some cases it can save money on shipping and is a lot easier to calculate the cost :) If you have any questions, feel free to email us. |
