Your e-mail address and personal information will not be sold, bartered, or exchanged to other companies or people or lists. We are firmly opposed to spam. It might be amusing to some, but cluttered e-mail boxes and the excessive server traffic spam creates is a bit like stinky gym socks you forgot about from a year ago.

Shopping should be fun. We felt the need to enhance shopping via the Internet by shipping all of our packages in a manner that makes it stand out from those ordinary brown and white boxes. Please indicate a color/style preference when placing your order. Or let us choose.

We do our best to ship in a timely manner. Orders ship within 24-72 hours, unless a notice has been posted.. All shipping and handling costs will be included within each item. Items may be shipped separately.

Orders of 50.00 or more automatically receive a ten percent discount!
Shipping preference is at our discretion.

Invoices: To save trees we e-mail a copy of your order when it is placed. If you would like a paper copy of your invoice, simply drop us a line and let us know.

Gifts and Gift certificates:If your order or part of your order is a gift to be sent to someone we will be more than happy to include a note from you. Simply include what you want to say along with your order. If you are ordering multiple gift certificates to be mailed individually please send an email with their addresses, who gets which and your preference for colors or styles. Our policy is to ship as soon as possible, usually one to three days after receiving the order. Some items may take longer to ship if not currently in stock.. We do maintain our stock so this does not occur but it can happen. We will notify you if this is the case.

We accept Paypal. Highly recognized throughout the Internet, Paypal can be used with nearly any credit card, including Mastercard and Visa debit cards. Please visit Paypal for more information on how to obtain a free account with them. You can also pay by money order. If paying with a money order, your order will ship the following day we receive your payment. We do not accept CODs.

Damaged items: If for any reason you receive a damaged package, Notify us immediately via e mail This will insure a timely replacement.

Refunds: We stand behind our products and we feel that you will not be disappointed. However if for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, simply ship it back to us, with a statement of what was wrong and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the product that you can use on any of our other products. We apologize, but we do not offer cash refunds.:
